But by far, probably one of my most favorite new features of  WordPress 2.7 is the option under Plugins to “Add New”. WOO HOO! No more need to open up your ftp software or go to cpanel and upload the zip file, then extract it. If you can’t find the plugin you’re looking for when you do your search, then you can just search for the plugin on the web, download it to your computer, then go into “add new” under plugins and browse your computer…and UPLOAD the zip file from your computer! I haven’t done a search for anything that I haven’t been able to find, but I’m sure there’s something. It also saves a ton of time in the long run too – no more having to delete things you’ve downloaded but don’t need (because you KNOW by the time you need it again there will be an upgraded version anyways!). Less space taken up on the computer and less time taken to install……how can you beat that?
